About Red Zone Strategy Group

Red Zone Strategy Group brings together more than 50 years of combined experience across workforce development, education, labor market strategy, apprenticeship systems, economic mobility initiatives, employer engagement, and performance improvement.

Our work is grounded in one core belief: workforce systems perform best when strategy,
timing, talent, and execution are fully aligned.

We support organizations, institutions, employers, intermediaries, and public sector leaders who are responsible for navigating complex workforce challenges in rapidly changing environments. Our team brings deep experience designing and strengthening initiatives across workforce innovation, grant strategy, career pathway development, apprenticeship expansion, talent pipeline alignment, organizational performance, and cross sector collaboration.

Red Zone Strategy Group was built to help leaders move beyond fragmented activity and
toward coordinated workforce execution.

Our perspective combines operational workforce expertise with forward looking labor market intelligence. We understand the realities of implementation because we have worked across the systems themselves including workforce boards, higher education, economic development initiatives, state and federally funded programs, employer partnerships, community based organizations, and regional talent strategies.

What We Do?

We conduct strategic workforce assessments and alignment reviews designed to help organizations:

Our approach integrates workforce intelligence, systems analysis, operational review, and strategic positioning to help organizations operate with greater precision and momentum.

Our Approach

Red Zone Strategy Group applies a structured, evidence informed review process that examines how workforce systems, partnerships, programs, and talent strategies function together in practice.

Our assessments may include analysis of:

We do not approach workforce strategy as isolated program activity. We examine how systems connect, where momentum is building, and where coordinated action can accelerate results.

Built for Action

The name “Red Zone” reflects the point where preparation,
coordination, timing, and execution matter most.

In workforce systems, strong intentions alone are not enough. Progress depends
on the ability to recognize opportunity, align strategy, and move with precision.

Red Zone Strategy Group helps organizations strengthen alignment, increase responsiveness, and position workforce initiatives for measurable forward movement in environments where timing and execution directly influence outcomes.

MISSION

At the Red Zone Strategy Group we align talent, training, and opportunity to drive decisive outcomes. We equip leaders with the intelligence and discipline to strengthen coordination and turn strategy into unified action.

VISION

A future where workforce systems operate with precision, every pathway is aligned, and every investment leads to desired outcomes.

Testimonials

“I had the opportunity to collaborate extensively with Fortin Jean-Pierre through initiatives connected to Florida Ready to Work, and from the outset, he distinguished himself by his ability to connect workforce strategy to meaningful human outcomes. Fortin recognized the national importance of employability and soft skills well before many organizations fully understood their role in workforce stability and career mobility. What distinguishes Fortin Jean-Pierre is his ability to operationalize strategy, ensuring ideas move beyond concept and into measurable, sustainable practice. He understood how to position career readiness frameworks as essential infrastructure for institutions, workforce systems, and employers seeking stronger, more resilient talent pipelines. Fortin actively championed these tools at a national level, helping organizations recognize that workforce preparation must extend beyond technical instruction alone. His leadership reflects the core principles strong organizations depend on, clarity, execution, alignment, and sustainability. Fortin has a unique ability to strengthen systems without losing sight of the individuals those systems are designed to serve. The impact of his work continues to shape how programs prepare learners for an evolving workforce across industries and generations."

“I have known and worked alongside Fortin Jean-Pierre for more than ten years through our time at the Broward College South Campus and through continued collaboration in my current leadership role. Fortin consistently demonstrated an ability to think beyond immediate operational needs and contribute to broader conversations around institutional growth, workforce transformation, and future readiness. He brought a strategic mindset to initiatives involving student advancement, workforce engagement, and cross-functional collaboration while maintaining a strong commitment to service and measurable impact. What distinguished Fortin is his understanding of how higher education institutions must adapt to changing labor markets, emerging technologies, and evolving industry expectations. He recognized the importance of integrating workforce intelligence, career pathway development, and data-informed planning into institutional strategy long before many organizations fully embraced those approaches. Through collaboration with peers, faculty, workforce leaders, and industry partners, he helped strengthen initiatives designed to improve career readiness, align programming with workforce demand, and position students for long-term mobility in rapidly changing industries.
